How Do You Respond?

1. Log into the website and go to Calendar / Meets & Events Schedule,  Meets / Upcoming Meets,  or check the sidebar of selected webpages, including the home page, to see a list of meets.
2. Click the button for a meet and click the Edit button at the bottom to choose your family swim meet status. For each swimmer, select whether attending or not attending that meet. Be sure to click the Save button.

Job Signup? This is also a good time to sign up for any volunteer positions for the meet by clicking on Sign-up for Job Shifts button.

Need to make a change to your entry response? You may change your selections up until the deadline for a particular meet, as listed below. If you need to make a change to your selection after the deadline date, please contact Coach Tam as soon as possible.

What happens if I don't give a response? We will be entering swimmers into the meets based on the information you provide. If we don't have a response from you, we are forced to assume that your swimmer(s) will not be attending, and they will not be entered into any events.

* NOTE FOR CHAMPIONSHIP MEET: Please note that for the Championship Meet you are informing the coaches that your swimmer is available to swim at the Champs meet, but this does not guarantee a space at this meet. Due to league limits for our division, not all of our swimmers will be able to participate in the Championship Meet. There will also be a nominal fee per swimmer, per event. More information will be shared as we get closer to the Championship Meet.
