2026 Registration Instructions

Viper Registration is completely online. Please enter all data completely on each screen of the online registration form. Swimmers who are registered by April 18th (with fees paid) will receive a complimentary 2026 Vipers team T-shirt. 

Due to expected strong demand, we are staggering registration start dates:

March 19th - Registration Begins for Returning Viper Families

Returning families will have an early opportunity to register from March 19th - April 1st. Check your email for details and a private link to the online form. If you do not register during the initial time period, you may still register during a subsequent period, but a spot may not be guaranteed if an age group has already been filled.

April 1st, 8:00 AM - Registration Begins for New Viper Families (Vineyard Residents Only) 

Vineyard residents who are new to the team and are registering for the first time will have an exclusive chance to register starting April 1st. While we hope to accommodate everyone, popular age groups may fill up early, so don't delay. If an age group is full, add your information on the wait list form instead; a link will be provided on the main form. If a position opens up, you will be contacted with directions on how to complete your registration online. 

April 8th, 8:00 AM - Open Registration for New Viper Families

We welcome families from outside the Vineyard to join the team. However, popular age groups may already be filled. If you would still like to be considered should an opening be available, add your information on the wait list form instead; a link will be provided on the main form. If a position opens up, you will be contacted with directions on how to complete your registration online. You can also email us at [email protected] if you have any questions.. 

Registration will end on April 18th, 2026. Please follow the instructions below on the registration process.

STEP 1: ONLINE REGISTRATION

If you are a returning Viper family, you will receive an email with directions on how to register during the early registration time period. You must follow the emailed information and use the provided registration link to register early. On the first page of the registration form, you may login to your account to populate information from the previous year, which you can then check and update as necessary for this year.

If you are NEW to the team, when your registration window opens, just click the "Register Now" button on this page or the home page, in the upper right corner. Continue through the online registration process, filling out completely all form pages. 

IMPORTANT NOTES FOR ALL REGISTRATIONS:

  1. GENERAL INFO: Please fill the form completely and accurately. You will need to include your swimmers’ physician information, your medical insurance information, an emergency contact, and t-shirt sizes, so you may want to gather that information before getting started. Also, our registration is fully online, so you will also have to pay registration fees during the registration process. Registration spaces will only be held for swimmers who have fully paid registration fees.
  2. VOLUNTEER COMMITMENT: Please remember that a parent commitment to volunteer a minimum of five (5) sessions at meets during the summer season is required as a part of registration for all families. More information will be sent out to the team with information and deadlines for online sign-up for volunteering.
  3. PAYMENTS: 
    • For 2026 we would appreciate if you would conveniently pay registration fees online during registration, using a credit/debit card on our checkout page powered by Stripe.
  4. PLEASE NOTE: Registrations will not be complete until paid in full. Swimmer T-shirts will not be ordered (T-shirt deadline April 18th) and a space on the team will not be reserved until payment is received.
  5. ACCOUNT: You may receive up to two emails after online registration. One will be a confirmation of your registration. If you are new to the Vipers, another will be an account activation email with a link that will let you create a password for your online account. Once you create a password using the link, your email address and the password will be your login for this website. If you have previously registered a Viper, your login information should still be the same.
  6. ADDING A SWIMMER?: If the swimmer you are adding will be a high school student this fall, you can use the same registration form you previously used to fill out a new registration. Otherwise, please do NOT start another registration using the form you previously used. Instead, email us at [email protected] and we will send you a link to a separate registration form to add the additional swimmer, so that you may receive a discount for the additional swimmer. In either case, if you are a non-resident who has previously paid the $50 pool usage fee this season as part of another registration, you do not have to pay it again.

STEP 2: VIPERS KICK-OFF EVENT - APRIL 12, 2026, 3:00-5:00 PM

We welcome all families to our 2026 season Kick-Off event on Sunday April 12, 2026 from 3:00-5:00 pm, where you will be able to ask questions about the swim team and the 2026 season, and purchase a swimsuit.

Team swimsuits will be available for fitting and purchase through our swimsuit vendor SwimFreak. Click on our Viper Swimsuit page for more information on our new suits for this year. Also take a look at the updated Viper Merchandise page to see the new Viper Gear for this year. We will have suit fitting on Sunday, April 12th from 3-5pm at the Vineyard Pavilion.
