What are the registration fees?

Registration Fees for the 2026 Swim Season are:

$125 for the first swimmer (not in high school) in a family

$115 for each additional swimmer (not in high school) in a family

  $30 for swimmers entering/continuing high school in the fall

NOTE 1: there is an additional $50 HOA pool usage fee per family for non-Vineyard residents. 

NOTE 2: SwimTopia, our team and meet management software platform, will also collect during registration from all families a separate $3.30/swimmer technology fee each year.

Do I HAVE to register and pay online?

Yes, we require everyone to please register online to help our team organization and also streamline the registration process. If you have any trouble registering online, we would be happy to help you with your registration. You can ask a question to get help with your registration either at our Kick-Off Event  on Sunday April 12th from 3-5 pm, or email us for registration assistance at [email protected]. Paper registration forms will NOT be available.

What is my child's age group?

For the purposes of swim team, your swimmer's age on June 1st determines in which age group they will swim. This rule is set by the league.

What if an age group is closed for one or more of my children?

While we hope to accommodate everyone, popular age groups may fill up early, so don't delay when your registration window opens. If an age group is full, we encourage you to add your information on the wait list form instead; a link will be provided on the main form. If a position opens up, you will be contacted with directions on how to complete your registration online. If you are in a situation where one child can register while another would be waitlisted, you may want to register one child and waitlist the other. However, unfortunately we can provide no guarantee that we will be able to accommodate any or all on the waitlist. Sorry.

How can I add an additional child to my registration?

If the swimmer you are adding will be a high school student this fall, you can use the same registration form you previously used to fill out a new registration. Otherwise, please do not start another registration using the form you previously used. Instead, email us at [email protected] and we will send you a separate registration form to add the additional swimmer, so that you may receive a discount for the additional swimmer. In either case, if you are a non-resident who has previously paid the $50 pool usage fee this season as part of another registration, you do not have to pay it again.

How can I make changes to my online registration once I have registered?

Once you have registered online and activated your online account, you can login to your account and click on "My Account" in the upper right corner of the website. You are able to edit phone numbers and addresses. If you need to change an email address, or have any other changes, please email us at [email protected].

How can I buy or order Viper Gear?

2026 Viper T-shirts will be included in the registration for any swimmers who register by the April 18th deadline.  T-shirts can also be ordered for parents, siblings or other Viper fans during the online registration process (recommended). We also plan to sell swim caps, and parent shirts during online registration. Team swimsuits will be available for fitting and purchase through our swimsuit vendor SwimFreak. Click on our Viper Swimsuit page for more information on the new team swimsuits and the Viper Merchandise page for new Viper Gear. We will also hold a swimsuit fitting on Sunday, April 12th from 3-5pm at the Vineyard Pavilion.

How do I log in to the Vipers website?

Once you register for the first time, in addition to receiving a confirmation of your registration, you will receive a separate account activation email that will include a link to create a password for your account -- use this password and your email address as your login credentials. If you have registered at this website in a past season, your credentials should still be the same. If you have forgotten your password, click on the link on the login page to reset your password.
